January Ice Storm

A winter weather mix was in the forecast for the early morning so school was canceled yesterday. There wasn't much ice before 10am, but sleet and freezing rain started in before noon and continued off and on for most of the day and night. Everything was covered with ice for the remainder of the weekend. The combination of sun and ice on the trees made for some beautiful pics.

Premier Regional Rally

This weekend, I drove to Atlanta with four other ladies to attend my first Premier Designs Jewelry Regional Rally. It was a long drive, but it was a fun trip. I learned a lot about my jewelry business and there was tons of information to absorb. And, I'd like to say that Jeremy was a sweetie for taking off of work and taking care of our girls so that I could make the trip!

Rachel Jumping

Rachel and I had a dentist appointment today in Memphis. And when we have a dentist appointment there, we usually stop by the mall on our way home. We did that today and she wanted to jump on the trampoline on bungee cords there. She had a blast and jumped super high!

We got a dusting of snow!

We had snow in the forecast overnight, but we didn't get much! Rachel insisted on playing in it anyway so we went out together while Abigail was still sleeping this morning. Abigail joined us after she woke up. This was her first time in the snow.

Our Christmas with Jeremy's Family

Yesterday, we drove to Searcy to visit with Jeremy's family. Jeremy's dad was home from Denver and his brother was on leave from the marines. Jeremy's grandparents also drove over for the visit.

We had a nice time and the girls came home with even more toys!
